These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website inner-codex.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any digital product sold on the Site (the "Program"). By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an order, checking any consent box at checkout, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase the Program.

3. Our Products

Inner Codex currently sells one digital product: a 5-week self-paced challenge designed to teach the fundamentals of conscious manifestation, delivered entirely online. The price, exact content, and any additional products or bundles offered are described on the Site and at checkout at the time of your order.

Descriptions, illustrations, and testimonials on the Site are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and up to date, but the specific terms that apply to your purchase are the ones shown to you at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed and paid for through our payment processor, Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's own terms of service applicable to the payment method you use. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes required by law, unless stated otherwise.

Payment for the Program is a single, one-time charge. We do not currently sell subscriptions or recurring-billing products. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed; you will receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

The Program is delivered digitally. Access instructions are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. If you have not received your access email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us at hello@inner-codex.com.

You are responsible for providing an accurate, active email address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address or by the recipient's spam filtering.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Under EU consumer law, purchases of digital content not supplied on a physical medium are ordinarily subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal, which can be waived if the consumer expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges the loss of that right once the content has been fully delivered.

We go further than the legal minimum: Inner Codex offers a 15-day money-back guarantee on the Program, starting from the date of purchase. If, within 15 days of your purchase, you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@inner-codex.com with your order details and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Requests made after the 15-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Program and on the Site, including text, graphics, videos, workbooks, and course materials, is the property of SKD Conseil or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program for your own private use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from the Program without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site and the Program only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SKD Conseil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Program. Our total liability arising from any claim relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet or hosting outages, or actions of third-party service providers.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, our practices, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bordeaux, France, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule of your country of residence provides otherwise.
