2. Scope
This Policy applies to personal information collected through inner-codex.com, our checkout process, our opt-in forms, and our email communications. It applies to visitors located anywhere in the world, including the European Union and the United States, our primary market.
3. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
- First name and email address, when you download a free resource or subscribe to our list.
- Name, email address, billing details, and payment information, when you purchase the Program (payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your full card number).
- Any information you send us by email, such as when you contact us for support or a refund request.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and general location (city/country level), collected via analytics and advertising cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
- Usage data such as pages viewed, time on page, and interaction with buttons or forms, collected via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
4. How We Use It
- To process and deliver your order, including sending your access details by email.
- To send you the free resources or emails you signed up for, and, if you have not opted out, related marketing emails through Systeme.io.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including understanding which pages and content perform well.
- To run and measure the performance of our advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads.
- To comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to process your order and deliver the Program.
- Consent — for marketing emails you opt into, and for non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legitimate interest — to keep the Site secure, understand aggregate usage, and prevent fraud, balanced against your rights and interests.
- Legal obligation — to keep invoicing and accounting records as required by French law.
6. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.
7. International Transfers
Some of the providers listed above (including Stripe, Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, and Cloudflare) are based in, or process data in, the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards recognized under GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's own certified data-transfer framework, to ensure your data remains protected.
8. Data Retention
We keep purchase and invoicing records for as long as required by French commercial and tax law (currently up to 10 years for accounting documents). Marketing contact data (name, email) is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or after a period of prolonged inactivity. Analytics and advertising cookie data is retained according to the periods described in our Cookie Policy.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and advertising. For full details on the specific cookies we use, their purpose, and how to manage your preferences, see our Cookie Policy.
10. Your Rights (EU/EEA Residents)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Receive your data in a portable format;
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in France, the CNIL.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@inner-codex.com.
11. Your Rights (US Residents)
If you are a resident of a US state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and why;
- Request deletion or correction of your personal information;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, which under these laws can include data shared with advertising partners such as Meta, TikTok, and Google through pixels and similar technology;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise these rights, or to opt out of the sharing of your information for advertising purposes, email hello@inner-codex.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or adjust your cookie preferences as described in our Cookie Policy.

The Site and the Program are not directed at, and are not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable, security-vetted third-party processors. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
